VOLVO CAR V50 ( – ) DEFECT: It has been identified that long term exposure to salt or wet conditions may lead to internal corrosion of the fuel pump electronic module. A faulty signal from the module may lead to incorrect amounts or no fuel being delivered to the fuel pump.
Remedy
Recalled vehicles will have the fuel pump module replaced.
