VOLVO CAR 900 SERIES – POSSIBLE JAMMING OF THROTTLE

VOLVO CAR 900 SERIES ( 01/01/1993 –  31/12/1993) DEFECT:  A plastic clip may have been left in the engine air inlet hose during initial assembly. Should this clip be drawn into the throttle housing it may cause the throttle to jam.

Remedy

Recall the affected vehicles and check the engine air inlet hose removing the clip (if present).
