VAUXHALL ZAFIRA ( 10/02/2005 – 24/10/2014) DEFECT: In the event the heater fan resistor thermal fuse is affected by a combination of several factors there is a possible risk of fire.
Remedy
Replace the resistor fuse with modified type. Fit new moulding to base of windscreen and where not already done so replace heater motor assembly.
