TOYOTA YARIS ( 02/04/2013 – 19/04/2013) DEFECT: It is possible that a brake fluid leak could develop on brake pipe unions of either of the rear brake calipers or rear brake cylinders. If this occurs then the driver will receive a warning in the form of a warning light illuminating on the instrument panel. However if the driver does not heed this warning the braking efficiency of the vehicle could be impaired and the stopping distance increased.

Remedy
Recall all affected vehicles to check re-tighten the unions and if required replace any damaged/defective components.
