TOYOTA ROOF RACK ( – ) DEFECT: Under certain loading conditions or as a result of incorrect installation the roof rack may become loose and fall from the vehicle.
Remedy
Owners who have purchased the subject roof racks are being contacted by Toyota dealers and requested to take the vehicles back for the fitment of improved clamps to the roof rack system.
