TOYOTA RAV4 ( 22/08/2016 – 29/09/2016) DEFECT: Affected vehicles have a 2.0 litre turbocharged diesel engine. There is a possibility that the bolts on the exhaust-side of the turbocharger assembly may not have been correctly tightened during manufacture.
Remedy
On affected vehicles check bolts. Where necessary replace the turbocharger.
