TOYOTA PROACE ( 25/04/2013 – 18/12/2014) DEFECT: An internal connection in the fuel heater cover may overheat which may cause the filter cover to melt. This may allow an ingress of air into the fuel system and possibly fuel to leak out.
Remedy
On affected vehicles Replace fuel heater cover with improved version. Inspect connection wire and replace if necessary.
