TOYOTA LEXUS ( 01/01/1992 – 31/12/1994) DEFECT: The spherical portions of certain lower suspension ball joints were produced with surfaces which were not smooth. The resulting friction could result in rapid wear and may lead to separation of the ball joint.
Remedy
Recall the affected vehicles and replace the subject ball joints with quality assured examples.
