TOYOTA LEXUS ( 01/09/2005 – 31/01/2006) DEFECT: Some front seat belt retractors when the emergency lock has been applied will not release. If the seat belt is locked in this manner the seat belt will not adjust for the next occupant.
Remedy
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace the front seat belt assemblies.
