TOYOTA LEXUS CT2000H ( 21/11/2016 – 07/04/2017) DEFECT: There is a possibility that the resin weld between the fuel tank and the fuel inlet pipe may be insufficient because the fuel tank and fuel inlet pipe were misaligned during the manufacturing process.
Remedy
On affected vehicles replace the fuel tank with a correctly manufactured version.
