TOYOTA DYNA ( 01/10/2011 – 31/10/2015) DEFECT: It has been identified that due to a quality issue a crack or fracture can develop in the fuel passage of the fuel injector. This could therefore result in a fuel leak and possibly cause an engine stalling situation.
Remedy
Recall all the affected vehicles and replace the affected components with countermeasure components.
