SUZUKI WAGON R+ ( 01/01/2000 – 31/08/2000) DEFECT: The handbrake lever pawl may not rotate freely. When the handbrake is applied the pawl may not engage the ratchet and the handbrake can slip off.
Remedy
Recall affected vehicles and fit a quality assured replacement handbrake assembly where necessary.
