SUZUKI SWIFT ( 11/08/2000 – 30/11/2000) DEFECT: The crankshaft position sensor lead may be abraded by the offside drive shaft. Prolonged contact could result in the shaft severing the wire. In this instance the engine would stall.
Remedy
Recall vehicles and fit an additional clip to the wiring harness to hold the harness away from the drive shaft.
