SKODA FABIA ( 28/06/2006 – 24/05/2007) DEFECT: It has been identified that some of the wires within airbag control unit block connector have been incorrectly installed. In the event of a collision this will result in the activation of the curtain airbag on the opposite side to the impact.
SKODA FABIA – INCORRECT CURTAIN AIRBAG MAY ACTIVATE

Remedy: Recalled vehicles will have the wiring to the control unit checked and rectified should this be necessary.
