RENAULT MEGANE ( 15/09/1999 – 08/02/2001) DEFECT: Quality inspections by the manufacturer have revealed the possibility of a faulty connection between the high tension leads and the ignition coil. The connector could overheat if not replaced.
Remedy
Recall affected vehicles and replace the ignition harness and ignition coil.
