RENAULT 19 ( 01/05/1991 – 30/06/1992) DEFECT: The left hand fog light wiring loom may chafe in the area of the towing eye. This could cause a short circuit with possible risk of fire.

Remedy
Recall the affected vehicles and check the condition of the loom adjacent to the towing eye. Where contact damage has occurred this will be repaired and in all cases the wiring loom will be protected by the addition of a foam rubber block
