PORSCHE PANAMERA ( 27/02/2018 – 22/03/2018) DEFECT: On affected vehicles there is the possibility the electric plug connection of the accelerator pedal module is not secured correctly due to an assembly error. The assembly error could potentially lead to a loosening of the contact of the electric plug connection of the accelerator pedal and as a result throttle response may no longer be available. If this happens while driving the vehicle will decelerate to a walking pace and it can only be moved with the engine power available at idle speed.

Remedy
To prevent this from occuring correct locking of the electric plug connection of the accelerator pedal has to be checked and confirmed by a Porsche dealership.
