PORSCHE CAYENNE – FUEL MAY LEAK

PORSCHE CAYENNE ( –  ) DEFECT:  It has been identified that the possibility exists that a fuel line within the scuttle panel area may be in contact with the engine compartment cover. This can result in a knocking noise and the fuel line becoming damaged with the attendant possibility that a fuel leak may occur.

Remedy

Recalled vehicles will have the routing of the fuel line changed and an additional spacer fitted. In the event of damage to the fuel line it will be replaced.
