PORSCHE 911 CARRERA 4 ( – ) DEFECT: Internal tests have shown that rear mufflers (silencer) installed on these vehicles do not achieve the required service life. As a result the exhaust tailpipe of the rear muffler can crack on vehicles with higher mileage this can result in the loss of the exhaust tailpipe and represents a danger to other road users
Remedy
Replace both rear mufflers.
