PEUGEOT 206 ( – ) DEFECT: The software may cause erratic operation of the motorized throttle which may result in breakage of the throttle stop. This can result in the engine reverting to limp home mode with a possible reduction in braking assistance.
Remedy
Subject vehicles will be recalled and the condition eradicated by carrying out an ECU download.
