NISSAN NOTE – REAR SEAT ISOFIX BRACKETS MAY NOT PERFORM AS DESIGNED IN A SIDE IMPACT

NISSAN NOTE ( 25/01/2006 –  03/02/2006) DEFECT:  A concern has been identified with the rear seat ISOFIX brackets of some E11 Note vehicles. In that the brackets may have been manufactured incorrectly with the potential that the brackets may not perform to the design intent in the case of a side impact. In addition the brackets may not conform to the required EC legislation.

Remedy

Recalled vehicles will have the subject seat brackets replaced.
