MITSUBISHI PININ – THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT THE ENGINE MAY STOP WHEN DRIVING

MITSUBISHI PININ ( 01/01/1999 –  31/12/2000) DEFECT:  There is a possibility that a condenser may become detached from the circuit board due to the breakage of the component wiring. The engine may stop or be difficult to start.

Remedy

Recall affected vehicles and apply silicone to the condenser to act as a vibration damper to counteract shocks that can be transmitted from the suspension through the body to the circuit board.
