MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER ( 27/04/2011 – 29/04/2011) DEFECT: It is possible that the parking brake cable may not be properly located in the rear brake shoes parking brake operating lever. It is therefore possible if the cable is not secure that the cable may become loose during driving which will result in the failure of the handbrake if not rectified.

Remedy
Recall all affected vehicles to check and if required secure the cable.
