MITSUBISHI L200 ( – ) DEFECT: It is possible that cracking can occur in the area of the welds on the mounting bracket to the tube of the rear under protection bar. This in extreme cases if not rectified could result in the detachment of the bar from the vehicle.
Remedy
Recall the affected vehicles and replace the bar with a modified type.
