MITSUBISHI GALANT – SUSPENSION LOWER ARM BALL JOINT MAY SUFFER PREMATURE WEAR

MITSUBISHI GALANT ( 01/01/1993 –  31/12/1996) DEFECT:  There is a possibility that due to water and dirt ingress into the lower arm ball joint the ball stud and joint case may suffer from premature wear. In the worst case the ball stud may come out of the ball joint case.

Remedy

Recall affected vehicles inspect the lateral lower arm ball joints and replace if free play exceeds manufacturers specification.
