Problem description:
On affected vehicles the voltage converter software of the secondary on-board electrical system might not meet specifications.
Remedy
Update the voltage converter software of the secondary on-board electrical system via an over-the-air update in accordance with the Mercedes me terms of use or alternatively via its Mercedes-Benz service partners should the over-the-air update not be possible.
