MERCEDES BENZ E CLASS ( 01/04/2012 – 30/06/2012) DEFECT: During production monitoring Daimler AG became aware that in isolated cases on the E-Class coupe the air of the right windowbag may be able to escape more quickly than intended in the event that this is activated in an accident. In the event of a collision and in extreme cases the strict internal safety requirements of Daimler AG may not be adhered to.
Remedy
Replace the right windowbag as a precautionary measure.
