MAZDA RX8 ( 28/07/2003 – 29/08/2003) DEFECT: The dynamic damper heat insulator which is installed on the manual transmission may crack causing abnormal noise. In the worst case the insulator may become detached.
Remedy
Recall the affected vehicles and replace the insulator with a modified one.
