MAZDA 626 ( – 31/05/1998) DEFECT: The engine may stop while driving and can not be restarted. The strength of the inner part of the spill valve on the fuel injection pump is insufficient and may fail as a result of repeated injection pressure. As a result fuel can not be injected into the combustion chambers.

Remedy
Recall the potentially affected vehicles examine the fuel injection pump and where appropriate replace the spill valves with quality assured units.
