LAND ROVER DISCOVERY – BUCKLE MAY NOT BE RETAINED

LAND ROVER DISCOVERY ( 23/08/2005 –  12/09/2005) DEFECT:  Some vehicles may have been manufactured with a seat belt buckle mounting with a tensile strength below the required standard. If in the event of an accident where the rear left second row seat belt was being used the buckle may not be fully retained.

Remedy

Recall the affected vehicles inspect and replace seat belt buckle where required.
