JEEP CHEROKEE ( – ) DEFECT: The steel vacuum tube that supplies vacuum to the brake booster may crack resulting in loss of servo assistance. This will result in increased pedal power to stop the vehicle.
Remedy
Recall vehicles and replace the steel vacuum tube with a flexible vacuum hose.
