HYUNDAI TERRACAN – POSSIBILTY OF POOR BRAKING PERFORMANCE

HYUNDAI TERRACAN ( 08/12/2003 –  27/01/2005) DEFECT:  Some Terracan vehicles were produced with reduced metal thickness on the front brake discs between the disc surface and flange. Abnormal noise and poor braking performance may result.

Remedy

Recall affected vehicles and measure brake disc with specialst tool. If metal thickness is less than 4.5 mmm replace disc
