HYUNDAI i40 ( 01/04/2011 – 25/03/2012) DEFECT: The clutch pedal inhibitor may fail and it will then be possible to start the vehicle in gear without pressing the clutch pedal down.
Remedy
On affected vehicles fit a modified clutch inhibitor switch to prevent this.
