HONDA CIVIC ( 01/09/2005 – 11/09/2005) DEFECT: It has been established that when the rear seat is occupied the deformation of the seat back may cause a brief interference between a protection plate and an electrical connector. This can result in the main fuse blowing causing the engine to cut out.

Remedy
Recalled vehicles will have an additional plastic cover placed over the subject electrical connector.
