FORD GALAXY ( 27/09/2006 – 05/10/2006) DEFECT: It has been identified that the panoramic glass roof panel may not have been correctly bonded to the vehicle. Should this be the case the roof panel could detach.
Remedy
Recalled vehicles will have the panoramic glass roof panel renewed.
