FIAT SCUDO ( 03/09/2012 – 27/08/2015) DEFECT: After repeated activation of the fuel heater cover in cold conditions an electric connector the fuel heater cover may overheat. This may allow air ingress which could cause difficulty starting the engine or engine stalling. In extreme cases fuel may leak onto the road surface.

Remedy
Check the condition of the heated diesel filter cover and connector. If deteriorated or damaged replace the cover or connector.
