FIAT DUCATO – REAR AXLE MAY MOVE

FIAT DUCATO ( 01/09/2011 –  30/09/2011) DEFECT:  It is possible the rear axle leaf spring retaining bolts were not tightened to the correct specification during production. This could allow movement between the axle and leaf spring. In extreme circumstances this could cause the vehicle to lose control.

Remedy

Recall all affected vehicles to replace the U bolts with new items and tighten them to the correct specification.
