FERRARI 360 – POSSIBILITY THAT THE ROLL-OVER FUEL SHUT OFF FLOAT VALVES MAY FRACTURE

FERRARI 360 ( 01/09/2000 –  01/09/2002) DEFECT:  A defect has been found within the roll-over fuel shut off valves located in the fuel tanks. This creates the possibility that the affected component may fracture allowing fuel vapour to be released with the potential for a fire.

Remedy

Recalled vehicles will have the roll-over valves replaced with a modified type.
