CITROEN XANTIA – APPLICATION OF PARKING BRAKE

CITROEN XANTIA ( 01/05/1993 –  31/03/1994) DEFECT:  Due to the possibility of incomplete application of the parking brake by the driver the vehicle could roll away when parked.

Remedy

The manufacturer will write to all Xantia owners enclosing an amendment for insertion in the vehicle handbook. This will amplify and reinforce the instructions relating to the operation of the parking brake.
