CITROEN DS4 ( 15/05/2014 –  23/05/2014) DEFECT:  The fuel injectors supply rail could develop a leak over a period of time leading to a drop in fuel pressure in the injector supply rail which can affect the operation of the stop start system. In some extreme cases the engine might not restart and a spray of petrol under the bonnet may occur which is a fire risk.

Remedy: Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and check the fuel injector supply rail. Where necessary replace the fuel injector supply rail.

What the owner should do?

If you read about a recall that you think may affect your car, you should make immediate contact with a CITROEN dealer or workshop that’s been officially authorised to perform repairs on behalf of the manufacturer and ask for the details.

How to contact your dealer

If you wish to know more about eventual problems of a specific car (e.g. real mileage, potential traffic accidents damages, odometer rollback, repairs, etc.), then we suggest going to HPI-Check.
