CITROEN C3 – BRAKE EFFICIENCY COULD BE REDUCED

CITROEN C3 ( 12/07/2012 –  12/07/2012) DEFECT:  The nearside front brake hose may not be properly secured and could chafe. If not noticed the chafing could cause loss of brake fluid and the warning lamp to illuminate. Additionally it is possible the braking efficiency could be adversely affected.

Remedy

Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to check and where necessary correctly secure the nearside front brake hose or replace the hose.
