CHRYSLER GRAND VOYAGER ( 1/1/1999 – 31/12/1999) DEFECT: After extended use the fuel rail crossover tube “O” rings may leak fuel. This may lead to an engine compartment fire.
Remedy
Fit external seals at the fuel crossover points. If the joints are leaking or show signs of rust the fuel rail assembly will be replaced.
