BMW X5 – FRONT BRAKE HOSE COULD RUB ON TYRE

BMW X5 ( 01/01/2000 –  12/04/2002) DEFECT:  The securing grommet for the front brake hose onto the suspension strut may become detached. In this situation it is possible that the hose could rub against the inside of the front tyre causing consequential damage to the hose.
