BENTLEY MOTOR CARS CONTINENTAL FLYING SPUR – CENTRE REAR SEAT PASSENGER MAY NOT BE FULLY RESTRAINED

BENTLEY MOTOR CARS CONTINENTAL FLYING SPUR ( 01/08/2008 –  30/09/2008) DEFECT:  It has been identified that the potential exists for the centre rear seatbelt upper guide bracket to distort in the event of a frontal impact. This could result in the centre sear seat occupant travelling further forward than the design intent.

Remedy

Recalled vehicles will have the subject guide bracket replaced with one which incorporates a revised design.
