AUDI ( 03/05/1999 – 17/01/2001) DEFECT: At high speeds there is a risk that the wiper on the drivers side may become entangled with the wiper on the passenger’s side which will lock wiper motion.
Remedy
Recall affected vehicles and replace driver's side windscreen wiper arm and blade with modified type.
