MAZDA B SERIES – FRONT STEERING KNUCKLE MAY HAVE CRACKED
MAZDA B SERIES ( 08/05/2002 – 23/05/2002) DEFECT: The front steering knuckle may be cracked in the area where it connects to the front tie rod ball joint. In a “worst case” failure directional control of the vehicle could be affected.
MAZDA B SERIES – FIRE MAY OCCUR
MAZDA B SERIES ( 01/01/1989 – 31/12/2002) DEFECT: Carbonised grease may accumulate between the contact points in the ignition switch reducing the insulation performance inside the switch. In this condition the switch may generate heat resulting in smoke and in the worst case a fire.
