KIA SEDONA (2005 – 2009) – WATER OR OIL IN THE CONTROL UNIT
KIA SEDONA (10/06/2005 – 14/12/2009) RECALL: Problem description: Water or oil may enter the Hydraulic Electronic Control Unit over a long period of time causing an electrical short circuit.
KIA SEDONA – POSSIBILITY OF ENGINE SIEZURE
KIA SEDONA ( 16/07/2004 – 23/08/2004) DEFECT: An incorrect engine oil pump strainer may have been fitted during production. This can result in the oil supply to the engine being affected and an engine seizure.
KIA SEDONA – BRAKE LIGHTS MAY MALFUNCTION
KIA SEDONA ( 21/11/2006 – 16/12/2010) DEFECT: The vehicles brake lights may intermittently malfunction due to carbonisation of the contacts within the brake light switch. This can also affect other systems on the vehicle including: ESC cruise control gear selection (autoboxes) engine check lamp.
