JEEP RENEGADE (2022 – 2023) – The high voltage battery pack may not be sealed
JEEP RENEGADE (2022-11-09 – 2023-03-09) RECALL: Problem description: On affected vehicles The PBU (pressure valve) membrane in the high voltage battery pack may not be sealed due to incomplete ultrasonic welding. If the battery pack is completely submerged in water (i.e. water fording) water can enter the battery pack which can cause a fire.
JEEP RENEGADE (2017 – 2019) – THE OCCUPANT RESTRAINT CONTROLLER INCORRECTLY UPDATED
JEEP RENEGADE (12/07/2017 – 04/06/2019) RECALL: Problem description: The occupant restraint controller (ORC) special features/function configuration memory may be incorrectly updated when certain diagnostic service tools are used. An incorrect update may inadvertently disable certain passive safety features.
JEEP RENEGADE (2018) – THE ENGINE MOUNT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN MACHINED CORRECTLY
JEEP RENEGADE (18/10/2018 – 05/12/2018) RECALL: The right side engine mount bolt may have not have sufficient thread length.
